A set route at set times, every working day. We agree the pick-up points, the order, and the times at each end, and the same driver runs it. Vehicle size follows headcount — a van for a small team, a minibus or coach for a full shift. Where staff are spread out we will usually propose two shorter runs rather than one long loop, because a 40-minute collection tail is where these contracts go wrong.
