Every guide begins with research, not writing. We gather facts from primary sources — official portals such as the Saudi eVisa site, Nusuk and the Haramain railway — together with reputable, up-to-date trackers, before a word is drafted.

Anything that can change — visa fees, train fares, hotel price bands, permit rules, baggage and Zamzam allowances, emergency numbers — is verified against current sources and dated in the text (for example, “verified July 2026”) so you can judge how fresh it is. We present ranges where prices genuinely vary, and we tell you to confirm the live figure before you pay.

When a guide states our own transport prices, they come directly from the Wadana Go fleet and booking system — not estimates. Third-party costs are labelled as indicative and sourced.

We never fabricate prices, fees, policies or statistics. If a figure can’t be verified, we say so and point you to the authority that can confirm it, rather than guessing.

For Umrah, Hajj and ziyārat content we reproduce du’ās and rulings from authenticated classical sources and aim to reflect mainstream scholarship. Matters of fiqh can differ by school and by personal circumstance, so on any ruling we tell you plainly to consult a qualified scholar for a decision specific to you. Guides that touch rulings carry a visible “reviewed against classical sources” note.

We link to official portals and cite sources for claims that need them, and we distinguish clearly between fact, our own data, and guidance. Affiliate or partner links, where present, never change what we recommend — see our affiliate disclosure.
